OPTiC and National Falls Awareness Week

Amy Woodward and BAG members Mel Austin, Stuart Daly and Sharon Ross attended a Tea Party event to promote Falls Awareness. Organised by the Emergency Elderly Care Group, attendees included healthcare professionals and organisations providing services or support to older people. The day presented several networking opportunities and we’ll report back on any partnership working that springs from this event.

Tracy Wilson attended a Keeping Healthy event organised by the York Falls Prevention Team. Read about it in the York Press.
